A large, globally active asset manager (approx. €250 billion AUM) is looking to expand its Belgian sales team with a

Sales Consultant Wealth Management

supported by a well-thought-out and effective marketing strategy, you’ll approach high-net-worth individuals in Belgium with a proven, successful, and solid investment proposition.

What will you do as Sales Consultant Wealth Management?

You will actively approach high-net-worth individuals in Belgium (Flanders and/or Wallonia) and schedule personal (face-to-face or online) meetings with them.

  • This is not cold hunting: qualified leads will be provided to you;

  • You’ll assess the risk profile, investment horizon, and liquidity needs of your prospects and translate these into tailored wealth solutions;

  • Then you’ll close the deal through a long-term, consultative sales approach;

  • Your expert colleagues will handle onboarding, aftercare, administration, and relationship management — so you can focus on what you do best: sales;

  • You speak native Dutch and/or native French.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll work independently, fully supported with everything you need - including marketing, compliance, relationship, and investment management. The sales team includes around 20 colleagues across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, led by the Managing Director in a flat organizational structure.

In addition:

  • you can count on excellent compensation through an uncapped performance-based remuneration model;

  • plus: an initial fixed compensation of €100,000 per year;

  • you will work as a tied agent (self-employed status);

  • and will receive a laptop, phone, printer, and everything else you need to perform optimally;

  • you’ll do warm hunting: qualified prospects will be provided to you;

  • in full freedom and autonomy to take initiative and manage your own schedule;

  • you’ll collaborate with your colleagues to maximize your joint results;

  • and will be working for one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing specialized asset managers.

Naturally, you have a proven track record in sales and hunting, and you’re not afraid to ask for the order. You understand that sales is a numbers game — and that a “no” is never personal. You persist and keep going.
